AUSFS targets to discover promising players, supports their athletic and personal developments, determines career goals in maturing, supports them for making right decisions in this way and raises ethic sportsmen being ready to world’s standards.
Our preparation stage comprising of five steps consists of scouting the player, determining the player, analyses inside and outside of pitch, the player’s attendance to AUSFS and athletic & personal development works.
In our second stage of which is maturing and career phase; we support our players’ career plans and athletic works, determine their goals and provide marketing & image works of the players who have reached their aims.
We are regularly watch NPL, Association, Academy, School leagues as well as tournents as our way of scouting for talent. Players we identify as talent, we follow across a number of matches to assess their performances and plan their pathway to success. We also assess videos of players who apply to us with their own footage.
We provide a personal, player focused development program which includes goal settings, nutritional guidea, on-field and off-field mental support of the player, and technical assessment of performances, according to our analysis reports. We explain the missing aspects to the player and work with them on the field as individualt training to improve these aspects.
In our service, we analyse our players by watching their matches and analyzing performances not just at an individual but a team influence level. We share our analysis with the player, and we share our reported analysis with the Australian, Asian and European clubs.
When our players come to us, we create a target board. We help determine which clubs players should consider for their career growth and where they can impress with their performances.
